About this blog
“Living Healthy” – This is the motto of this blog.
We have been dealing with health issues a lot for years and now we want to talk about our experiences and findings.
We are a mixed team. Some of us are former intensive care nurses with many years of experience in the field of ventilation, others are certified sleep experts and others have worked intensively on all health issues. Over the last 20 – 30 years, we have gained a colourful bouquet of experiences, experienced stories live and gained many instructive insights. Now the time has come and we would like to pass on our knowledge packed to you.
In addition to our own experience, we are also happy to invite doctors, experts and interested parties to share their knowledge here. First and foremost, we specialize in the topic of sleep and breathing, and accordingly, articles on these topics will be published here first.
If a particular health issue has been tormenting you for a long time, don’t be afraid to talk to us. As i.e. already mentioned, we have amassed a wide-ranging knowledge on all health issues and would be happy to pass on our knowledge to you.
If we can’t answer a question – which can happen – then we will get a specialist and ask to answer the question in a nice article.
I think that should be enough to get started. Now we wish you – free according to the motto “healthy living” – a lot of fun while browsing, reading, learning and implementing our tips and tricks here in our health blog.
