CIRCUL Sleep Tracker Ring and Fitness Ring
What makes the CIRCUL ring so unique?
Unlike all other fitness and sleep trackers, CIRCUL continuously measures pulse, oxygen saturation and movement. Continuous means not even per minute, continuous means 100 times per second. Continuous measurement is particularly important in the area of sleep analysis and optimization. This is the only way to determine relevant averages and to determine a meaningful trend. Any other type of measurement is just a snapshot and therefore only partially precise.
CIRCUL Sleep Tracker Ring
Pulse and oxygen saturation are the most important parameters for sleep analysis. Why? The pulse curve alone already shows the course of sleep well and can therefore be sufficient for a healthy person.
However, if I want to know if my snoring is dangerous or wants more precise sleep phase detection, I also need oxygen saturation.
The so-called ODI (desaturation index) also plays an important role. This value is the latest scientific standard for the qualitative evaluation of sleep. It indicates the number of desaturations per hour. A desaturation is the drop in oxygen saturation. These can be caused by respiratory failures, snoring or other physiological phenomena.
Why the CIRCUL Sleep Tracker Ring and not another sleep tracker?
The main reason is the precise continuous measurement of pulse rate, oxygen saturation and movement. But the CIRCUL ring is also much more comfortable to wear than a watch or a finger clip. CIRCUL is ergonomically designed and automatically adapts to every finger in size. As a result, it is barely noticeable on the finger and can therefore also be worn well in everyday life.
